In this workshop we will teach you how to handle anxiety using 2 different methods: “tapping and Mindfullness (MF).
What is Mindfulness (MF)?
MF means “full attention”. One way to focus on the present moment. There are different exercises (respiratory and other) that help us achieve these valuable moments that allow us to become aware of what we are thinking, feeling and doing, without getting stuck in the negative aspects.
Jon Kabat Zinn is the one who gave this discipline name inspired by oriental meditation techniques. In the 1980s, this methodology was applied to the United States, for the reduction of stress, to patients suffering from pain and other physical and psychological illnesses.
The E.F.T. or Tapping is a complementary technique to traditional treatments that helps alleviate physical and / or emotional pain. It’s very simple to learn and self-apply. Anyone can benefit from it, if you know how to do it, because at some time or another of our lives we can all have some physical or emotional discomfort.

Attendees will learn some simple exercises to self-manage anxiety and thus achieve the balance that we all want and that we can apply ourselves to everyday life.
